By using our services, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. You accept these terms upon checking the required box during the checkout or signup process. You also confirm that you have reviewed the information available on our Scope of Work page at www.confettivids.com/scope.

ConfettiVids reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Any changes will be posted at www.confettivids.com/terms-conditions and become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the site periodically for updates. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

Subscription, Renewal, and Cancellation

• Your subscription and any selected add-ons will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
  
  
  

• Subscriptions can be cancelled via your client dashboard or by emailing support@confettivids.com, but must be done at least 5 business days prior to the end of the current billing period to avoid renewal charges.
  
  
  

• After cancellation, you will retain access to your files and services through the end of your paid period. Once that term ends, access to your files is no longer guaranteed.
  
  
  

• Unused hours do not roll over into the next billing cycle.
  
  
  

• File Retention: Projects inactive for over 45 days may be removed from our servers and Frame.io.

Turnaround Time & Output

• While turnaround times are not guaranteed, most first drafts are delivered within 1–2 business days, and most revisions within 24 hours.
  
  
  

• Output volume depends on project complexity and queue volume.
  
  
  

• You may submit unlimited requests and revisions, but our output is based on your plan’s scope and production capacity.
  
  
  

We recommend not using ConfettiVids for last-minute or time-critical projects, as delays may occur depending on workload or revision volume.

Refund Policy

• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers. Refund requests must be made via your project manager or by emailing support@confettivids.com.
  
  
  

• A processing fee may apply to cover administrative costs.
  
  
  

• We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or manipulation.
  
  
  

• Beyond the 14-day satisfaction window, all payments are non-refundable, including for partial subscription periods.
  
  
  

• Currency conversion rates may impact the refund amount depending on your location and payment method.

Payments

• By subscribing, you authorize ConfettiVids to charge your payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) at the frequency selected (monthly, quarterly, annually).
  
  
  

• You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date.
  
  
  

• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspended access to services.
  
  
  

• ConfettiVids reserves the right to change subscription pricing with at least 5 days’ notice posted on the website. Promotional discounts do not require prior notice.
  
  
  

Content Ownership & Licensing

• You retain full ownership of the footage and final deliverables created by ConfettiVids on your behalf.
  
  
  

• By submitting content to ConfettiVids, you grant us the rights necessary to complete your project and store files for internal use.
  
  
  

• Unless otherwise requested, you grant ConfettiVids a non-exclusive license to showcase the work in our portfolio, social media, and internal materials.
  
  
  

• If you do not wish to allow this usage, please notify us in writing at support@confettivids.com.
  
  
  

Service Limitations

ConfettiVids is designed for efficient, high-quality video production — not for complex, multi-week film projects or to replace a full-time, in-house editor.

We do not provide:

• Voiceover recording
  
  
  

• Screen recordings
  
  
  

• Copywriting from scratch
  
  
  

• Custom animation or advanced motion graphics
  
  
  

• Sound design or complex audio mixing
  
  
  

• Graphic design (e.g., logos, social posts)
  
  
  

• Complex color grading
  
  
  

Misuse of our service — including excessive demands outside of plan scope, sharing logins, or disrespectful behavior toward our team — may result in cancellation without refund.

Editor Assignment

• Upon subscription, you’ll be matched with an editor best suited to your style and project type.
  
  
  

• We reserve the right to reassign your editor at any time.
  
  
  

• You may request a different editor via your project manager or client portal.
  
  
  

Subtitling

We provide subtitles with up to 99% accuracy on intelligible audio. Subtitle delivery may extend beyond the usual revision timeframe.

Output Accuracy & Responsibility

While we strive for perfection, some creative errors may occur. You agree to review all deliverables and notify us of any issues. We will correct errors as quickly as possible. ConfettiVids is not liable for losses resulting from errors or omissions in the final product.

Non-Solicitation

You agree not to solicit or hire any ConfettiVids staff, contractors, or collaborators — directly or indirectly — for a period of five (5) years after the end of your engagement. This includes encouraging them to leave their roles, sharing competitive opportunities, or attempting to recruit them into outside ventures.

Limitation of Liability

Your use of ConfettiVids is at your own risk. In no event shall ConfettiVids (AlphaVito LLC) be liable for damages exceeding $50, regardless of the nature of the claim. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind.

Some jurisdictions may not allow this limitation — in such cases, the limitation will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
