What’s Not Included

To maintain turnaround speed and service consistency, the following services are not offered:

•Voiceover recording

• Screen recordings or screenshots

• Asset sourcing outside of licensed music, stock footage, or motion graphics presets

• Custom animations

• Excessive, complex, or high-effort motion graphics

• Copywriting or scriptwriting from scratch

• Advanced color grading

• Sound design or audio engineering

• Graphic design (e.g., logos, thumbnails, print assets)

Factors That May Delay Turnaround

Certain submissions or conditions may affect delivery times:

• Raw footage submissions exceeding 50 GB, or over 150 GB without proxies

• Extended video durations depending on complexity

• Projects requiring custom captioning or subtitles

• High volume of complex or detailed revision notes

• Submission of un-proxied 4K, 6K, or 8K footage

• Vague, incomplete, or open-ended editing instructions

• Advanced editing requests (e.g., rotoscoping, frame-specific adjustments)

• Submitting notes or assets to a project manager instead of using the video review tool

• Reopening inactive projects after 45+ days

Service Framework

• The Essentials Plan is intended to support your video production workflow, but is not a replacement for a full-time editor.

• If stock assets cannot be found in our licensed library, you may submit assets from other sources as long as licensing is secured on your end.

• For Dropbox submissions, please organize all subfolders into a single root folder for clarity.

• We do our best to accommodate tight deadlines, but we cannot guarantee delivery faster than 2 business days for first drafts or 24 hours for revisions. Please plan accordingly.
